mozambique sauce ¼ cup chopped garlic 1 cup lite beer 2 packs sazon spice (con azafran) 1 TBL salt 2 TBL fresh lemon juic 1 cup heavy cream 1 TBL Tabasco
directions Heat the oil in a sauté pan and add the garlic. Sauté garlic until it is golden brown. Add the beer, sazon, salt, and stir to dissolve spices in to the oil. Add the lemon cream and Tabasco and mix well. Remove from the heat and cool or use right away.
